Mission 1: Distributor Management & Sales Growth
-    Act as the primary point of contact for LATAM Distributors.
-    Support onboarding, training, and day-to-day management of partners in each country.
-    Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute localized sales and marketing strategies.
-    Conduct monthly touch base meetings with key clients to accelerate sales objectives.
-    Maximize distributor performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. 
-    Deliver top & bottom-line expectations by managing P&L of each market according to the agreed budget.
-    Analyze monthly sales target results for: purchases, local net sales, and retail sales.  Drive corrective actions in case of risks or negative trends.
-    Conduct inventory analysis / drive action plans to deplete slow movers, obsoletes, or discontinued SKUs.
-    Roll-out Joint Business Planning process with distributor to ensure yearly objective achievement.  
-    Negotiate contracts and price structures, ensuring maximum value creation.  
 

Mission 2: Market Development
-    Identify new business opportunities and potential partners within the LATAM region.
-    Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and competitive activity.
-    Maximize distribution in the local market and ensure profitability per POS.
-    Provide input into country-specific pricing strategies and product assortments.
 

Mission 3: Brand & Marketing Execution
-    Coordinate with internal marketing teams for regional campaign alignment.
-    Ensure local marketing plans achieve annual sales ambitions / local market targets, keeping in mind retail channel priorities and opportunities.
-    Oversee local marketing calendar implementation, ensuring actions fulfill brands strategy & guidelines.
-    Work with Marketing to drive optimal SKU assortment by market by retailer.
-    Suggest and or challenge layouts and trade marketing priorities when relevant 
 

Mission 4: Operations & Reporting
-    Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and manage regional reporting.
-    Oversee the A&P budget according to brand strategies and the evolution of sales (purchasing and local net sales) as well as the level of contribution given by Clarins group on each brand.
-    Report the brands performances and best achievements as well as all the on going evolution of Retail & competitors environment, consolidating and sharing on a monthly basis the brands performance in terms of quantitative and qualitative data for the management
-    Lead the forecast management process in a defined timeframe consisting in the communication of the forecast files, analyzing & challenging the data towards the annual budget alongside the operational marketing manager (if applicable) and follow through with all updates
-    Coordinate logistics, order processing, and compliance with export requirements.
 

Mission 5: Travel & Field Visits:
-    Conduct regular field visits to key markets and distributor partners.
-    Attend trade shows, training events, and in-market brand meetings when necessary.
-    Ensure market visit recaps are shared with key stakeholders to drive actionable next steps.

 

•    Education/Degree or equivalent: 
-    Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or Business Economics.
-    Ideally with 3 – 5 years commercial experience. 


•    Background including total years of experience.
-    Commercial sales in luxury beauty, cosmetics


•    Soft and Leadership Skills :
-    Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
-    Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
-    Negotiation and relationship management skills
-    Strong understanding of LATAM business culture


•    Technical Skills:  
-    Proficient in Miscrosoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.  Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.


•    Languages:
-    English and Spanish


•    Misc. 
-    Willingness to travel as needed within the region
