We are looking for a myBlend Training & Events Coach to support our myBlend business across the UK.

 

 

 

About the Job

You will play a key part in developing and delivering engaging commercial training programs that motivate and empower myBlend Beauty Coaches and Retail Store Partners to seize every sales opportunity. Through a blend of virtual, digital, and face-to-face training, you’ll inspire excellence and elevate the customer experience at every brand touchpoint. Working closely with in-store teams, you’ll ensure the myBlend brand consistently delivers personalized, best-in-class beauty services while meeting and exceeding commercial KPIs. 

 

Essential qualifications:

  • At least 3 years customer service and sales experience within the beauty industry
  • Full UK driving licence 
  • Commercially aware with exceptional client focus gained from within beauty or luxury retail industry
  • A proven track record in achieving sales and key business KPI’s alongside exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, inspire and enthuse others to achieve business goals
  • Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Nationally Mobile – extensive travel and staying away from home required

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • NVQ 2&3 (or equivalent) Beauty Therapy Qualifications
