The role: 

 The Visual Merchandising POS Coordinator sits within the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team and reports to the Visual Merchandising Manager. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination, administration and follow-up of POS production, VM updates, installation tracking, store communications and supplier activity. They will help ensure that Clarins store standards, product presentation and customer journey remain premium, consistent and aligned to brand expectations.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates next steps and follows through effectively.
  • A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with internal teams, stores and suppliers.
  • A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities.

 

You have:

  •  1–2 years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, POS production or a similar retail, brand or agency environment.
  • Experience within beauty, premium retail or a customer-facing retail environment (advantageous).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, store communications, installations or POS/product administration.
  • Confidence working with product, pricing, planogram and POS data, maintaining accurate trackers and records.
