The role: 

For this role you will be joining the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team at Clarins. You will be responsible for the VM execution of the Clarins store standards, and ensuring our Clarins customer journey reflects the premium level of the brand. The ideal candidate must be passionate, creative, self motivated, with a high attention to detail. 

 

What you’ll do:

Mission 1: General Duties

  • Support with monthly retailer pricing updates, planograms and barcode updates across all Clarins UK locations.
  • Ensuring Clarins Premium Outlet windows are installed to a professional standard and executed to a high level in all locations receiving a minimum of 3 main updates per year.
  • Review and approve lightbox updates for top 30 doors have been installed correctly following cutter guidelines and layouts.
  • Review and approve artwork for VM sites, collating install photos and ensuring execution has been carried out correctly. Communicate any snagging to suppliers and teams to action.
  • Place product tester orders using internal systems for all event activities, internal showcases, company meeting, training conferences etc.
  • Supporting VM with key roll outs such as new tester units and graphics. You will need to track delivery, confirm arrival and communicate with stores receiving them.

 

Mission 2: Organization and Communication

  • Implementing internal filing systems to ensure all up to information is filed correctly and accurately. 
  • Collating data from store teams for lightboxes, digital screens and VM units to ensure databases are up to date. 
  • Actioning feedback from Head of SD and VM and team members from store visits 
  • Organizing delivery and collections of VM furniture from storage to events. 
  • Tracking and reviewing storage inventory. 
  • Support in store merchandising for new account where required, as well as temporary planograms. 
  • Working with suppliers to raise Po’s and review invoices. 
  • Brief in lightbox updates and video content for new product launches to suppliers.

 

Mission 3: Employee Relations

  • Supporting store teams to log VM issues onto internal reporting platforms.
  • Communication with store teams latest planograms, key updates, guidelines and responding to any queries.
  • Communicating with external suppliers to ensure Clarins’ needs have been met from the brief supplied across all projects. 
  • Have strong communication with head office and store teams by attending monthly calls to support with training and any outstanding issues requiring VM support. 
  • Being a key support for all Store Managers. 
  • Working with Supply Chain to ensure VM flags on Elite are recorded accurately to prevent wrong POS and waste across all launches. 

 

You are:

  • Passionate about Visual Merchandising and have a high attention to detail
  • Self motivated and can work independently
  • Passionate about working collaboratively
  • Able to manage priorities and plan ahead

 

You have:

  • 1-2years experience in similar role (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel confidently 
  • Adobe creative suite experience is beneficial 
  • Strong organisational skills
