The role:
As part of the Sales Administration team based at our London Head Office you will be responsible for supporting the Sales function, specifically the CBCE team, including all travel and accomodation bookings.
What you’ll do:
- Communicating effectively with the Sales Administration Manager and all Clarins Management.
- Carrying out all necessary administration including letters, memos, e-mails and strategy file notes.
- To monitor all incentives and record the results.
- Relevant support with the store division workplace.
- Participating as part of the Sales Administration Team by assisting colleagues as and when necessary to complete tasks by set deadlines.
- Attending team meetings and contributing to new ideas and ways of improving working practices.
- Assisting in the general running of the department including post distribution, helping to maintain tidiness and general maintenance of the department.
You are:
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
- Commercially aware with exceptional client focus.
- Able to build and nurture profitable relationships.
You have:
- Strong administration skills with the ability to work under pressure within a busy department.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse information and provide solutions.
- Excellent communications skills verbal and written.
- Enthusiastic attitude and excellent team player.
