We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager based in our London Head Office.

 

 

 

 

About the Job

This role sits within Partnership Marketing, the team responsible for bringing Clarins to life across our key retailers. Specifically, this position is responsible for managing and executing the strategic marketing plans and promotional activity across selected multi-channel retail groups & Pureplay accounts to ensure commercial success. Working under the leadership of the Head of Partnership Marketing, you will be responsible for securing the best marketing opportunities to grow trade and retail sales for Boots, John Lewis, Frasers Group, Next, Fenwick Debenhams, Sephora & Escentual. As a brand advocate and guardian you will also lead & be responsible for Clarins online communication at the above groups, ensuring the Clarins brand is best in class across retailer.coms and included in all relevant campaigns, whilst identifying new ways of growing the business. The retailer and channel specific plans that you create must be based on consumer insights, category/franchise performance, retail media opportunities and retailer feedback & learnings. 

 

About you:

You are a Clarins fit if you are:

  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, developed in either an FMCG or retail environment - preferably in the Beauty Industry  
  • Great team player, networker and confident in managing tasks independently. 
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure juggling multiple projects with fixed deadlines. 
  • Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty.
  • Customer oriented and results driven.

 

Essential qualifications:

  • At least 4 years Marketing experience, preferably retailer marketing 
  • Understanding of the UK retail landscape, both online and offline as well as experience working with UK retailers and independent retail owners. 
  • Demonstrable skills, knowledge and experience creating and implementing retailer marketing strategies. 
  • Strong commercial, strategic, analytical, organizational and presentation skills. 
  • Exceptional project management skills including previous experience of managing budgets.
