The role:

The Partnership Marketing Artwork Coordinator will play a pivotal role in elevating Clarins’ digital storefront across retailer and pure-play partners. Working at the intersection of creative assets and commercial execution, the coordinator will curate and deploy best-in-class visual content—sourcing approved imagery from global libraries, refining and formatting assets to retailer-specific technical specifications. Through meticulous uploads to partner portals and ongoing QA, the role ensures every product detail page reflects Clarins’ premium positioning, meets brand and regulatory standards, and delivers a consistent, compelling customer experience across all online touchpoints.

What you’ll do:

  • Update and maintain product detail pages (PDPs) across all retailer and pureplay partner portals to ensure consistent, premium brand presentation.
  • Source, resize, and format approved visual assets from global libraries to meet each retailer’s technical specifications while preserving brand integrity.
  • Upload assets and content to retailer CMS/portals, verify successful publication, and perform post-upload QA checks (visuals, links, mobile).
  • Audit product listings across all sites regularly to remove discontinued product and for compliance with Clarins brand guidelines and regulatory rules; log issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
  • Maintain SOPs, an organized asset library, and a clear change-log; provide weekly status updates and highlight prioritization for high-impact SKUs.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnership Marketing, Creative, Product, Regulatory, E-commerce teams: proactively communicate needs, obtain timely approvals, share asset status, and coordinate fixes to ensure fast, accurate updates and aligned launch execution.

You are:

  • Self-motivated, and experienced at managing your own workload
  • A team player and enjoy working collaboratively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working with Adobe Photoshop

We have:

  • Over 70 years of expertise in beauty and spa, with the Clarins and myBlend brands.
  • Unique products and innovative services.
  • A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in our raison d'être.
  • A caring and inclusive corporate culture.
  • Development and training opportunities.
  • Attractive compensation and benefits.
  • A flexible work environment, with up to 2 days of remote working per week.
