We are looking for a Head of Social based in our London Head Office.
About the Job
We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and highly creative Head of Social to lead our social-first growth strategy, shaping the brand’s digital presence and driving measurable business impact. This role involves overseeing a team of eight, spanning organic social media, content creation, and online personal shopping, with a focus on engagement, conversion, and brand storytelling.
You will lead and help develop a best-in-class organic social strategy, ensuring our brand is ahead of trends and deeply connected with our audience. You will be responsible for building and executing innovative content plans with influencers and content creators, overseeing gamification strategies, and embedding social commerce as a key growth channel. With a strong focus on data and performance analytics, you’ll ensure all strategies contribute to business KPIs, conversion, engagement, and long-term brand equity.
This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a commercial-first approach to organic social.

Essential qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Head of Social, Social Media Director, or similar leadership role.

Deep understanding of all social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to brief and manage agencies effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
- A background in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
