The role:
Responsible for the completion and where necessary creation of all Promotions, Brand, Customer Experience and Brand Events artwork needs. This includes the management and cataloguing of the visual library and the specific artwork requirements from within the Clarins group (Visual Merchandising, Customer Experience, Partnership Marketing & PR). To ensure Brand guidelines are followed and implemented correctly across all formats. Support with any admin or adhoc projects needed within the marketing team. The ability to come up with creative ideas and solutions that answer a brief. Offering multiple solutions and being able to present those ideas clearly and effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with the Brand team to deliver new product launches in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all formats, including merchandising and digital.
- Partner with the Customer Experience and Brand Events & Promotions teams to design artwork for events and gift-with-purchase initiatives across POS, printed collateral, and ADAPs; take ownership of project briefs from concept through to completion.
- Work alongside the Professional Treatments team to create assets and materials required for both Skin Spas and the Beauty Bar.
- Responsible for the cataloguing and filing of all cromalins (colour proofs) and new visuals when received from Paris
- Creation of Digital assets which include social media, offline email newsletters, screen content and retail banners
- Managing complete launch projects, from design/concepts through to artwork/print. Dealing with Suppliers and the ability to make multiple amends across various formats. Offering solutions/suggestions to any problems that may arise
- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer to deliver more creative and eye-catching designs & POS.
- Updating Sales Presenters & Calendars for Strategy Meetings and the tri-annual Company Meetings
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in order to help create engaging innovative content for both print and digital.
You have:
- At least 2yrs experience in related role.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, emphasis InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- An in-depth knowledge of production and the print process.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly, accurately and meet deadlines.
- Ability to show initiative, multi-task and to effectively manage the workload.
