We are looking for a Store Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
About the Job:
The Store Manager manages and leads Assistant Store Manager, Make Up Artist, Senior/ Beauty Coaches and Beauty Therapists. He/She attends to each of them, monitors their performance and listens to their concerns. 
He/She models the Clarins way by giving relevant support and cultivating trusting relationships with each of them. Each Store is a business unit; therefore, an essential part of the Store Manager’s role lies in their ability to engage and develop their team in order to drive business results..
Deliver Sales & KPI
- Master in Sales KPI & SOP knowledge and believe in the brands structure
 - People Management - Demonstrates good coaching skills and ability to lead as a role model to the team member. Promotes good morale and motivates and inspire teams with clear direction and to exceed expectation
 - Monitor and manage the sampling in Store to consumers
 
Deliver Sales & KPI
- Improve the growth of Product Sales in store
 - Understand Sales KPI, have basic SOP knowledge and believe in the brands structure.
 
Customer Services
- Deliver customer service as per Clarins standards
 - Recruit new customers to Clarins
 - Drive loyalty and repeat purchase of existing customers
 
Product, Inventory & Follow Up Skills
- Participate in the store operation tasks as assigned
 - Have the basic knowledge on selling product by franchise and study the Product KPI and personal sales report
 
About you:
Preferred qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of retail management & leadership experience preferred.
 - Able to speak English, additional language is a plus
 - Passionate in beauty & skin care
 - Have a pleasant personality, a positive attitude & a team player

- Results oriented; committed to meet individual and team goals
Exhibits effective communication and interpersonal skill to all level of organization - Demonstrates positive attitude; open to feedback and suggestions for improving quality of work, willing to try new approaches to increase sales
 - Self-motivates and motivates others even in difficult situations
 - Willing to take up tasks not only limited to deliver sales targets and store operation, but also monitor team service level and BC coaching
 - Demonstrates skills in managing and developing people
 - Works with integrity; can be trusted to act in accordance with the values of Clarins
 - Can do attitude and able to mobilize when necessary
