The role:
At Clarins, we are committed to creating exceptional customer experiences while championing innovation and sustainability. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet business needs, focusing on skills enhancement and sales techniques. You will conduct field coaching to ensure service standards are met and identify areas for improvement. Representing the brand at various events, you will also collaborate with the Customer Service Team to maintain high service quality.
What you’ll do:
Training Development and Implementation
- Design, plan, and implement new and repush product training according to business needs.
- In charge of new joiners' onboarding program, including pre and post-training initiatives.
- Lead in makeup training to enhance the skills of Beauty Consultants (BCs) in selling makeup with brand uniqueness.
Field Coaching and Performance Monitoring
- Conduct regular field coaching or store visits to ensure the CARE service flow is well implemented.
- Identify gaps between in-store situations and standards to provide solutions for boosting sales.
- Closely monitor grooming standards of BCs and communicate with the Sales team to suggest improvement plans.
Logistics and Administration
- Plan and order uniforms from regional and global suppliers, ensuring clear logistics for distribution.
- Support the team in E-Pro execution, including translation, backend administration, and engagement for smooth launches.
- Handle other administrative tasks to enhance the BCs' learning experience.
Brand Representation and Engagement
- Represent the team as a brand ambassador at various occasions, including external workshops and training.
- Support the Customer Service Team when necessary to ensure overall service excellence.
What you have:
Experience
- 2-3 years of training experience, prefer in skin care industry with sound facilitation skills
- Hands-on frontline customer services experience in retail / hospitality industry preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
Technical
- Knowledge in skincare is preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing)
Communication & Organisational Skills
- Good communication skills with all levels, particularly with the BA community
- Strong customer-oriented service mindset with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of retail needs and customer services
