What you’ll do:
Demand Planning and Forecasting
- Support all demand planning activities especially for launches and promotions to acheive business plan
- Analyse historical sales data and market trends of different sales channels. Maintain accurate forecasts in system
- Conducting Demand Review with key stakeholders to review forecasts. Identify business risks and find alternative solutions to minimize sales impact
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to align on the latest demand forecasts and promotional needs
- Maintain strong relationships with the Regional Team and stakeholders for demand planning and replenishment order to regional hub
Inventory Management and Reporting
- Monitor stock coverage for different franchises and PIPO for EOL to minimise excess stock and stockouts to drive inventory optimization
- Conduct Inventory Review with key stakeholders and prepare reports to facilitate the collaborative planning with sales & marketing team
Material Master & System Management
- Maintain the product data master and all the MRP settings in system
- Support the implementation of new workflows or new platforms
- Responsible for local code creation for promotions & loyalty programs
- Take part in system enhancement projects
What you have:
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is a plus
Experience
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management in FMCG company
- We are also open to recruiting an Assistant Manager for this role if the candidate's experience and qualifications are a fit
Technical
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, skilled in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and statistical forecasting techniques with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Communication and Organisational
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Organisation Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organisational skill
