What you’ll do:
Database Management
- Ensure database development through a multichannel strategy
- Regularly assess and analyse database quality
- Accountable for client capture rate from front-line staff follow up and targets
- Perform regular merging and cleaning of the database
- Develop segmentations
- Develop scores
CRM programs and campaign management
- Optimize and develop new Lifecycle programs to drive better engagement.
- Ensure campaign deployment (message, channel, mechanics, targeting) and monitoring. (KPIS)
- Control Marketing pressure
Performance monitoring
- Develop and optimise current CRM reporting
- Put a strong focus on ROI
- Ensure data accuracy
- Develop tests and learn with an action-driven objective
- Share insights and learnings about all the functions
Client Intelligence IT Tools management
- In charge of supporting the development of CRM IT Projects: Emarsys, Cegid, Access... etc
Customer experience responsible
- Follow up on customer surveys and customer care feedback. Ensure that performance indicators are reached and a high service level is delivered to Clarins’ clients.
- Ensure that through all our channels, our customers have a consistent customer experience.
- Do regular visits to our stores and competitors and daily visits to estore to evaluate customer experience and optimize accordingly
Budget monitoring
- Budget planning and cost control on all costs spent on CRM topics; monitor & review budget regularly in order to be in line with the approved budget
What you have:
Experience & Leadership
- Years of Experience: 8 years in CRM competency
Technical Expertise
- CRM Tools: Skilled in using Adobe Campaign to synchronise data for analysis and business strategies.
- Analytics Tools: Skilled in using Google Analytics and Tableau for data analysis.
Strategic & Analytical Skills
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyse metrics and adapt strategies based on industry trends.
- Strategic Vision: Strategic thinking to navigate market changes effectively.
Customer-Centric Mindset
- Personalised Marketing: Implement innovative solutions to tailor customer interactions.
Communication & Budget Management
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets to meet financial and operational targets.
Project Management Experience
- Software Proficiency: Previous use of project/task management software systems.
