Overview of the Position
Assist the Sales team with all relevant administrative responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
CORE FUNCTIONS:
• Testers and samples ordering
• Stock ordering for Pharmacies and Salons
• Prioritizes Stock orders
• New Launches POP and testers and samples ordering
• New Store Openings testers samples and stock ordering
• Allocations ordering
• Travel arrangements where required (booking accommodation, flights)
• Promotional and New Launches reporting
• Support promotional strategies and activities
• Trade photographic evidence consolidation
• Prepare Weekly trade report
• Consolidate weekly reports on lost sales
• Consistently looks for opportunities to improve current work practices
• Review request for promotional activities and calculates the return of investment to present to National Retails Sales Manager
• New Launch feedback
• Consolidate report on competitive activities, and potential for new products and activities.
• Customer needs, problems, interests - monthly report
• Coordinates and arranges sales meetings
• Assist with BC invites to training sessions
• Assist with coalition of BC attendance registers
• Completion and submission of sales monthly register
• Compile presentation as required
• Ensure blueprint is kept up to date
• Ensure Johannesburg Sales Store Room is managed, keeps monthly stock count
• Ensures distribution of POP/GWP/Testers/TS from the Johannesburg Sales store room
• Ensure compliance of the company's Occupational Health & Safety Policy.
• Ensure all Occupational Health & Safety individual responsibilities are understood and adhered to.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures and legislative requirements are understood and adhered to.
• Any other duties as requested by the National Regional Sales Manager.
Job requirements
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Able to work under stress
• Able to work on excel, Power Point and Word at a minimum of intermediate level
• Excellent communication skills bought verbal and written
• Matric
• South African Citizen
• Preference will be given to employment equity candidates
• This position is an office-based role and requires the incumbent to work 5 days per week from the office
