Retail Operations & Field Support Coordinator
Acts as the central support hub for Area Managers and Beauty Coaches.
Core Responsibilities
1. Retail Support Desk
Become the first point of contact for field queries.
Examples:
* Uniform issues
* POSM requests
* Retailer escalations
* Counter maintenance requests
* Training booking requests
* Leave documentation
* Operational queries
2. Event & Activation Coordination
Own the administration and coordination of:
* In-store events
* Promotional activations
* Launches
* Animations
* Beauty fairs
Responsibilities:
* Venue coordination
* Booking merchandisers
* Staffing schedules
* Event packs
* Tracker management
3. Counter Standards & Visual Excellence
Own execution tracking.
Responsibilities:
* Collect counter photos
* Monitor VM compliance
* Track tester compliance
* Track POS material deployment
* Escalate issues
4. Training Administration
Support the education team.
Responsibilities:
* Training calendar management
* Attendance tracking
* Booking sessions
* Certification records
* Follow-up on missed training
5. Merchandising Coordination
Manage deployment of merchandising resources.
Responsibilities:
* Book merchandising team
* Track completion
* Verify execution
* Coordinate new launch installations
6. Action Tracking
A major gap in many field organizations is follow-through.
Responsibilities:
* Capture actions from sales meetings
* Follow up on deadlines
* Track retailer requests
* Monitor issue resolution
