Role Summary
The Omnichannel Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate product catalogue integrity, seamless order processing, and efficient operational support across retail, eCommerce, and internal teams.
This role acts as a key coordination point between demand planning, marketing, supply chain, eCommerce, and retail operations to ensure data accuracy, timely execution, and smooth day-to-day commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Catalogue & Product Data Management
• Maintain and update product catalogue codes, SKUs, and order processing systems
• Ensure price list integrity across all retail accounts and digital platforms
• Monitor and resolve barcode issues, changes, and discrepancies
• Support accurate product setup for new launches and ongoing catalogue updates
• Ensure alignment between catalogue data and demand planning systems
• Maintain consistency of product information across retail and eCommerce systems
2. Orders & Delivery Management
• Track purchase orders (POs) and monitor outstanding deliveries
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues including short deliveries, over-supply, and delays
• Coordinate with supply chain and retail teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain visibility of order status and escalate issues where required
• Provide detailed reporting on order flow and delivery performance
3. Stock, Codes & Demand Planning Support
• Support demand planning team with SKU codes, stock on hand, and product data queries
• Ensure accuracy of stock data used for forecasting and replenishment decisions
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between systems and actual stock positions
4. Retail Desk Support
• Respond to requests related to stock availability, product information, and system issues
• Provide timely resolution or escalation of retail operational issues
• Maintain strong communication with field teams to support execution at store level
5. Ecommerce Team Support
• Support eCommerce team with product listings, catalogue updates, and pricing accuracy
• Ensure products are correctly listed online with accurate descriptions, codes, and barcodes
• Support launch readiness for eCommerce campaigns and product drops
• Support eCommerce with logistics for GWP, warehousing and PO development
• Coordinate between eCommerce, supply chain, and catalogue teams to ensure seamless execution
6. New Store Opening Support
• Manage queries related to new store openings and initial stock setups
• Ensure accurate product listings, barcodes, and catalogue availability for new stores
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely store readiness
• Support allocation of stock and order coordination for new launches
• Open account
• Coordinate POP testers etc
7. Marketing Coordination Support
• Route retailer marketing-related queries to the correct stakeholders
• Support alignment between marketing campaigns and product/catalogue readiness
• Ensure marketing initiatives are supported by accurate product and stock data
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously
• Strong Excel/system literacy
• Problem-solving and escalation management capability
• Understanding of retail, eCommerce, or sales environment preferred
