Overview of the Position
Capturing / Uploading & Releasing the orders daily and liaising with 3pl
Duties and Responsibilities:
Capturing Manual Orders into M3 System
• Departmental
• Allocation
• Promotional and Sell in
• Manage both AGL and RAM as and when required
Promotional and Sell in Orders
• Monitoring the receipt of promotion and sell in orders
• Ensure that POP, Salon and Pharmacies orders has cost for Finance Purpose
• Liaising with Area Managers and KAM's for outstanding promotion
• Creating delivery status
• Create POP upload file for Promotional orders and Capture
• Update Promotional Tracker
• Be able to run Promotion Readiness meeting as and when required
Claims
• Log weekly claims from (Finance, E-commerce, other internal teams and External)
• Validate claims monthly
• Validate Letters
Export
• Update daily export documents (Commercial Invoice and Packing List)
• Upload export orders
• Shipping International parcels and documents
Dealing with Retailers Queries
• Edgars
• Foschini
• Woolworths
• Truworths
• Dis-Chem
• Pure Players
• Nuance / Asco
• Salon and Pharmacies
Queries
• Action queries in za.cc@clarins.com and Allocations@clarins.com emails
• Action RAM's daily queries
• Internal and External Queries
• Log damages to Catch system
• Handle personal and telephone queries
• External relation
Reports
• Weekly Claim report
• Customer Care Month End Report
• Prepare Reports for the manager and broader team
• Delivery Status Report
Performs other duties as required or assigned
Education & experience:
• Matric Essential
• Supply Chain and / or a cosmetic background an advantage.
• Good Planning and Organizational skills
• Good command of the English language.
• Cope with pressure and deadlines
Computer Skills:
• Computer skills, power point, excel, word & outlook email.
