The role: 

Key point of contact for Clarins Customer Services and Distribution, Supply Chain / Data teams. Responsible for scheduling customer delivery slots, transport movement planning and Goods In bookings.  

 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Responsible for booking transport to meet delivery deadlines for both outgoing and incoming traffic.
  • Issue and maintain purchase orders for transport ensuring all POD’s are receipted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update Customer delivery booking requirements.  
  • Manage all non-conformist communication with Clarins and site Management.
  • Producing bespoke, manual labels for individual delivery requirements
  • Updating security personnel on confirmed vehicle bookings
  • Resolving third party delivery issues
  • Arranging collections and post deliveries to and from Head Office
  • Review transport supplier’s performance and costs versus current market
  • Review yearly the parcel to pallet break levels ensuring the correct method of transport can be calculated.
  • Deputizing for Admin Team Leader when required
  • Raise Replens, allocate orders and print picklists as and when required – secondary function.

 

You have : 

  • 1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Email, Excel, Word, Power Point, and stock / Warehouse systems 
  • Good communicator with a flair for Customer Service  
  • Good level of organizational and planning skills with a solution driven mindset 
  • Ability to hold suppliers to SLA’s and expected KPI’s. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced and complex environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines and a flexible attitude. 
  • Good relationship builder and team player who can work unsupervised.
