Key responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Coordinate and execute budgeting and forecasting cycles for Budget, Risk and Opportunities on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain and update financial models for forecasts and variance analysis.
- Lead fixed cost budgeting and ongoing cost control initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare HFM and internal management reports (excluding specified items where noted) and deliver timely variance commentary.
- Produce and analyses P&L by Customer and P&L by Market.
- Provide ad-hoc financial reports for managers and support month-end reporting packs.
Cost & Asset Controls:
- Manage capex budgeting and actuals review.
- Oversee labour reporting, depreciation forecasting, and coordination with accounting.
- Run purchase/stock equations, stock reporting and provisions.
- Deliver sell-out, net invoicing, and local net invoicing reports.
Compliance & Accounting Standards:
- Support Balance Sheet submission reviews and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Assist with IAS 38 (intangible assets) assessments and related entries.
- Liaise with tax specialists on Corporate Tax matters for the company.
Commercial Partnering & Pricing:
- Support pricing validation across all markets, ensuring consistency of assumptions.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and supply chain teams to align financial forecasts and operational plans.
Executive & Stakeholder Communication:
- Contribute to the President’s Letter and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Present key insights and recommendations to local and regional management.
Required qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
- 5–7 years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance or financial reporting—manager-level experience in a multinational is preferred.
- Strong IFRS knowledge, including IAS 38, depreciation and balance sheet controls.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with HFM and ERP systems desirable.
- Proven experience in pricing validation, P&L by customer/market analysis, inventory accounting and stock provisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

- On-time completion of monthly HFM packs and variance analysis.
- Accurate and timely budgets/forecasts for assigned BUs and regions.
- Clear P&L by customer/market analysis delivered to stakeholders monthly.
- Well-controlled capex and stock provisioning processes.
