Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting product registration files through Dubai Municipality’s Montaji system (CPRE and CPLS)
• Compile and maintain a comprehensive list of registered products for submission to Dubai Municipality to facilitate shipment clearance.
• Help track the status of product registrations and update internal records accordingly.
• Coordinate with the head office (France) to gather required product documents and artworks.
• Support day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks related to regulatory submissions.
• Stay informed of updates or changes in local regulatory requirements and assist the team in implementing them

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors / Masters degree
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in cosmetics, skincare, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
