Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting product registration files through Dubai Municipality’s Montaji system (CPRE and CPLS)
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive list of registered products for submission to Dubai Municipality to facilitate shipment clearance.
- Help track the status of product registrations and update internal records accordingly.
- Coordinate with the head office (France) to gather required product documents and artworks.
- Support day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks related to regulatory submissions.
- Stay informed of updates or changes in local regulatory requirements and assist the team in implementing them
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors / Masters degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in cosmetics, skincare, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
