ROLE AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Client Management:
    • Manage export orders in the system for TR & AGD clients.
    • Process proforma and back orders for approval from the commercial team.
    • After receiving approval, transmit orders to Head Office (HO) for packing through the EDI System.
    • Follow up with HO regarding the order receipt and coordinate the release of items for packing.
  2. Documentation:
    • Issue invoices systematically using both the software system and Excel.
    • Arrange for necessary certifications (e.g., ACID for Egypt, ATR for Turkey).
    • Scan, photocopy, and forward documents to clients, the warehouse, and internal records.
    • Dispatch original documents to clients and upload invoices to the client portal for TR clients.

 

  1. Shipping Coordination:
    • Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure shipments are executed according to the mode of transport.
    • Provide shipping details to clients in a timely manner.
    • Fill in rates for TR/EK cellophane requests and manage the TR outer box dispatch to HO.
    • Work on Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and related activities.
  2. Insurance & Compliance:
    • Liaise with the insurance company regarding any outbound damages or shortages.
    • Apply Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) as necessary.
    • Ensure timely submission of VAT filings as required.
  3. Team Support:
    • Provide coverage and support for team members during their absence to ensure seamless operations.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Education/Degree:
  • University Degree
  • Background including total years of experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in handling export to shipments to the Middle East Markets
  • Technical skills:
  • Knowledge of SASO is added advantage
  • Well versed in MS Word and Excel
  • Analyzing skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Languages:
  • English fluent
  • Soft and Leadership Skills:
  • Self-driver
  • Eager to learn
