The E-Retailers & Pure players coordinator will be responsible for managing e-retailers and pure players, to enhance brand image on these platforms as well as drive business growth across GCC + LEVANT + TURKEY. This role focuses on managing product listings, optimizing search visibility, e-merchandising, negotiating with e-retailers and pure players, managing the assortment and gift with purchase, and aligning promotional calendars with the company's digital strategy. The individual will also oversee performance analysis and ensure that trade and promotional plans are executed effectively to meet sales targets. Lastly, the E-Retailers and Pure Players coordinator will check the online distribution channels where Clarins products can be found and take the necessary actions to ensure that our online distribution is well controlled.

Mission 1: E-Retailers and Pure Players Portfolio Management & Listings
- Manage the assortment and listing of the product portfolio on the various platforms across different markets (the catalog should be consistently updated).
- Ensure accurate product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and gift with purchase (GWP) details are displayed correctly on all e-retailer and pure player sites.
- Regularly review the assortment for each e-retailer, ensuring it is optimized to market needs, brand priorities, and platform performance. 
- Identify and remove discontinued or obsolete items from listings to maintain a clean and relevant catalog. 
- Work with e-retailers and pure players to optimize search functionality so that our products appear higher in search results (e.g., if a customer types "serum," ensure the products are visible on the first pages rather than the fifth). 
- Regularly update listings to reflect any new product launches, seasonal changes, assortment adjustments, GWPs, and stock updates.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide creative assets or specific materials needed for key consumption periods (e.g., Ramadan, Black Friday).
- Ensure content localization (including Arabic). - Explore new e-retailer and pure player opportunities.

Mission 2: E-Merchandising & Animation Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that animations (Gift with Purchase, digital, and influencer) and promotions on e-retailer and pure player platforms align with the website and offline calendar.
- Manage promotional activities on e-retail platforms and monitor their effectiveness, optimizing campaigns as needed.
- Build and oversee the merchandising and assortment strategy for e-retailers and pure players, ensuring products are effectively promoted to maximize visibility and sales.
- Review the assortment regularly for each e-retailer, ensuring it is optimized to market needs and removing discontinued items to maintain a relevant and updated catalog.
- Lead negotiations with e-retailers and pure players to secure optimal visibility for the brand’s products, including promotions, pushes, and discounts, in coordination with the Head of Department.
- Collaborate with local teams, distributors, and e-retailers to ensure coordination and alignment of all animation campaigns across markets.
- Conduct a monthly internal review and a quarterly business review (QBR) with e-retailers to assess performance, identify opportunities, and refine assortment and promotional strategies.

Mission 3: Trade and Promo Planning
- Work with Distributors and Marketing teams to develop and align the promotional and trade marketing calendar for e-retailers and pure players, and keep the tracker updated to ensure accurate follow-up and execution.
- Maintain and regularly update a launch tracker for each e-retailer to ensure visibility and follow-up on key launches and activities.
- Plan, forecast, and track promotional activities across markets, covering both Clarins and competitor initiatives to identify best practices and market trends.
- Define clear KPIs to measure the success of promotions, analyze performance data, and optimize future campaigns while maintaining a strong balance between brand integrity and commercial objectives.
- Generate innovative ideas to enhance promotional impact, drive engagement, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the promotional budget in collaboration with Distributors and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment with business profitability goals. 

Mission 4 : Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze the success of trade plans and product launches using quantitative KPIs and performance metrics.
- Oversee operational aspects including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to optimize visibility and sales.
- Conduct daily clarins and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly and share report to management.
- Manage e-commerce budgets to ensure profitable investments in advertising, operations, and platform fees while meeting financial goals.

Mission 5 : Ensure a successful online presence for Clarins in the region
- Help with major Key Consumption Periods on the DTC when needed
- Track online presence of Clarins products through available platforms and take necessary actions in case of misalignment/non compliance with our distribution strategy.

- Autonomous and Ownership-Driven: Demonstrates accountability in managing relationships with E-Retailers/Pure Players and executing strategies.
- Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively with cross functional teams to align on promotional and merchandizing goals.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing e-retailers, marketplaces, or pure players.
- Experience in e-commerce operations (managing product listings, descriptions, categories), digital marketing or trade marketing.
- Understanding of Key ecommerce concepts and knowledge of Beauty specialist online players (preferred)
- Driven by developing strategy to boost sales through promotional campaigns.
- Negotiation skills - Digital marketing skills (preferred)
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory)

Technical skills:
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms (Salesforce)
- Proficient in managing product catalogs, website content updates, and merchandising workflows
- Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance and optimize the customer journey.
- Basic HTML and content creation skills for implementing site banners, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and translate insights into merchandising strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital tools for improving website visibility.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate campaigns and ensure timely execution.
