Job Responsibilities: 

Mission 1: Ordering process.

  • Handling monthly orders per country as per the phasing (Basic / Novelties / Promos).
  • Monthly orders analysis (vs. phasing / POP values).
  • Understanding gaps in monthly orders and proactively find solutions to mitigate any potential risks.
  • Order forms quarterly updates.

 

Mission 2: Constant liaisons with all the stakeholders.

  • Ensure flawless communication between the commercial department and all other departments (Marketing / finance / logistics).

 

Mission 3: Monthly Analysis

  • Sales reporting ( Updates of sales reports / POP follow up / sales analysis ).

 

Mission 4: Pricing

  • Assist the finance department with all queries concerning the prices per country.
  • Price structure analysis and understanding.

 

Mission 5: Ad hoc sales enquiries

  • Debit and credit notes follow up.
  • Deep Commercial analysis ( SO/ SI / Purchases ).
  • Assist in the preprations of Budgets / RE1 / RE2 meetings.

Requirements: 

  • Education/Degree or equivalent:
  • Bachelors or higher
  • Background including total years of experience:
  • Commercial / Sales background – 3 top 5 years of experience
  • Soft and Leadership Skills :
  • Good communication skills
  • Technical Skills:  
  • Sales / Excel reporting / Deep analysis / sales cycle deep understanding
  • Languages:
  • English is a must - Any additional language would be a plus
