Delivering an exceptional Clarins experience

  • Greet all clients professionally, ensuring a premium Clarins welcome.
  • Proactively introduce all customers to Clarins services, treatments and products.
  • Confidently manage customer queries or objections and support in delivering a seamless spa journey.

 

 

Client and diary management

  • Lead in recruiting new customers, retaining and reactivating regular customer base.
  • Efficiently manage treatment bookings and therapist schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee diary management with a focus on maximising treatment room occupancy and therapist availability.
  • Proactively monitor online bookings to ensure effective scheduling and resolve any clashes or gaps.
  • Support client retention by organising follow-ups and confidently managing rebooking to encourage loyalty and repeat visitation.

 

Knowing your offer

  • Develop strong knowledge of Clarins products and services to confidently support client enquiries and recommend suitable treatment or product options.

 

Brand representation

  • Reflect Clarins values through excellent grooming, communication and customer care.
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor activity and share relevant observations with the Spa team to help support brand positioning and customer experience.
  • Encourage customer engagement with Clarins social media campaigns and brand initiatives.

 

Driving business performance

  • Share weekly observations on client activity and highlight any opportunities to increase bookings or product sales, as well as flag any challenges to the Business Manager.
  • Actively encourage rebooking of treatments and promote repeat visits to support customer retention and occupancy.
  • Confidently introduce customers to treatment upgrades, add-on services and relevant retail products to enhance their experience.
  • Support therapists by identifying opportunities to recommend products or treatments based on client needs and preferences.
  • Assist with the organisation and promotion of in-spa events, launches and seasonal activities to help drive bookings and sales.
  •  Maintain awareness of treatment and retail KPIs, supporting the team in achieving daily targets through excellent customer service.
  • Ensure accurate use of digital tools (e.g. C-Link) to capture client data and support future business growth and targeted follow-ups.

 

             

Ensuring operations excellence

  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of GDPR compliance and follow escalation process if required
  • Maintain accurate customer data using internal digital tools (e.g. C-Link and Booxi) while respecting GDPR guidelines
  • Follow all retail operational guidelines including risk assessment and health and safety
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and a brand-aligned professional image.
