The Role:

The Senior Therapist is responsible for ensuring that all customers have a luxury spa experience. With customer loyalty being important, it’s vital that the Senior Therapist leads by example by building a rapport, driving return bookings, and adapting to different customer profiles. You will support the team to promote our brand and services through promotional activities and key events that take place as well as developing them to deliver on KPIs across the account.

 

You Are:

  • Passionate about motivating and inspiring others to promote the Skin Spa with new customers and deliver the highest standards of all Clarins professional treatments.
  • Proactive in driving customer loyalty through Clarins national and bespoke promotional programme for both the Counter and Skin Spa.
  • Focused on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches, and red chair open house activity.
  • Confident in building effective working relationships between the Skin Spa team and Retail to raise brand awareness.
  • Commercial in achieving KPI targets and supporting the team in delivering on the account retail sales.
  • Experienced in delivering a world class customer experience by welcoming them, ensuring treatment rooms are fully stocked with the necessary products, equipment’s and ensuring a high standard of hygiene is maintained.
  • Able to confidently engage with the local community, universities and colleges to support with promoting the brand and why we are a great place to work.

 

 

You Have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years hands on experience with a passion for retail and commercial awareness.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Beauty Therapist qualifications.
  • Confidence in interpreting business data through digital platforms, creating and achieving targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication across all areas of the business.
  • The ability to create memorable experiences by consistently delivering exceptional spa treatments and spa experiences, ensuring that every client feels special and wants to return.
  • Drive and enthusiasm.
  • Proven experience of motivating, inspiring and enthusing others.
  • Confident in managing and carrying out trade tests with all candidates.
