MARKETING & SALES MANAGER for our new Group CLARINS Skincare brand 

Join the forefront of skincare innovation with a totally new brand of Groupe CLARINS, dedicated to personalized skincare solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Sales & Marketing professional. As a brand ambassador you will work closely with the Business Leader and support establishing our new brand as a leader in the skincare market with your marketing, education & sales activities.

 

YOUR MISSION

  • Support the Business Leader in the execution of the brand strategy to drive sell-out of our products through a highly selective choice of distribution & experience channels, e.g., luxury perfumeries, specialized eCom and luxury hotels and spas.
  • Act as the driver for communications in traditional marketing, KOL and influencer collaborations.
  • Plan and execute engaging activations and events to create brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Educate skincare professionals about our products, ingredients, and brand philosophy by conducting trainings, workshops, and events.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with skincare professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders in retail, publishing, and key opinion leaders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the skincare or beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and professional treatments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Passion for skincare and a genuine desire to help others achieve their skincare goals.
