1) Delivering the best Clarins CARE Selling Ceremony to customers
Lead the consultation and personalize the beauty ritual, understanding customers’ concerns
Demonstrate the products in line with the Clarins protocols
Offer cross-sell and cross-sample recommendations to customers
Handle product objections and overcome selling challenges
Conduct one-to-one remote consultations based on Distance Care principles
2) Knowing and managing your customer
Systematically collect and record and maintain accurate customers’ data information, observing confidentiality
Support any CRM activities decided at store level (use the recall system)
3) Knowing your offer
Deliver products combination and product alternative proposals
Remain informed of brand information and share the relevant information with customers
4) Being a Brand Ambassador and activating your network
Follow beauty trends and competitors’ news
Share the brand’s 360° presence, promoting brand’s social media and e-commerce availability
5) Driving business performance
Understand sales KPI and activate the action levers to reach the required goals
Report daily sales amount while highlighting any difficulties and recommendations
6) Ensuring operations excellence
Apply everyday grooming, styling standards and guidelines, Clarins uniform to be worn at all times (hair, uniform, nails, make-up look, e-attitude), maintain a high level of personal hygiene
Execute POS process and correctly use POS tools to maximize efficiency
7) Ensuring POS attractiveness
Participate to POS administration and ensure a high standard of hygiene
Execute merchandising guidelines in the store
Maintain optimum level of stocks, testers, samples and disposable sales tools
Contribute to the perfect execution of launches, ongoing trade marketing animations and in-store events
- South african Citizen
- Matric essential
- 2 years Beauty-related experience and/or Retail experience, knowledge of Clarins products advantageous (Skin Care, Make-Up application…Number of years, Cosmetic or non-cosmetic brands…)
